Resistance to change can appear in various forms: missed deadlines, unfulfilled commitments, absence from meetings, gossiping, responding to requests sarcastically, or a general sense of apathy.

Resistance is not inherently negative. It compels management to carefully select their priorities and address valid questions like "Is it worth it?", "Will it drive significant growth?" and "What benefits does it offer to employees?"
