Reggy-Charles Degen

Reggy Degen is a seasoned HR professional with extensive international experience, having served as International HR Director for up to 12,000 employees across 116 countries. Throughout his career, Reggy has operated across all continents with a mission to optimize Return on Human Capital Investment. He has led numerous M&As globally and was instrumental in setting up two Global Shared Competence Centres in Europe and China. In addition to his corporate expertise, Reggy is a professor at several business schools, where he shares his insights on leadership and HR management.
