Echo Yu

Echo Yu, born and raised in China, began her career in HR and Leadership Development with Nestlé and Unilever in Beijing. Having contributed to China’s economic and societal evolution, she later moved abroad and acquired Canadian citizenship. With extensive experience leading large-scale organizational development and leadership programs in a global context, Echo has worked and lived across North America, Europe, and Asia. She is now based in Singapore, where she continues to empower leaders and organizations through her cross-cultural expertise.
