A Franco-American professional with dual cultural insights, Alexandra specializes in culture, inclusion, and organizational transformations. With over 20 years of experience in change management, OD, and culture transformation across the US and Europe, she accelerates growth for individuals, teams, and organizations. She designs and facilitates programs for global corporations such as Bayer, Orange, Amazon, and Hermès, and trains leaders at SciencesPo on intercultural collaboration and global project management. In her spare time, Alexandra contributes to the Olympic movement as president of the Pierre de Coubertin Family Association and a member of the IOC Culture & Heritage Commission.
