Alain Lempereur

Alain is a member of the Executive Committee of the Negotiation Program at Harvard and Chair in Leadership and Negotiation at EUI. He trains leaders globally, focusing on negotiation, conflict management, and responsible leadership. Alain mentors humanitarian leaders at the Red Cross, MSF, and through the UN’s LEARN program. A published author in over 12 languages, his works include The First Move. He has taught at top universities in the U.S., Europe, and beyond, advising governments, corporations, and humanitarian organizations in 75+ countries.
